Allotment and plot division
You call in a surveyor-expert. The area is measured. The survey drawing is developed into an allotment file with the building regulations, measurements, surface area, easements... All taking into account your wishes, or we form optimized plots - ready for sale. The new property lines can subsequently be set out. With larger allotments new roads, sewerage and water, green, and recreation areas are demarcated.
Even private individuals sometimes consider plot division, leasehold estate or perhaps a multi-generational house. The surveyor-expert draws up the survey drawing with dimensions, surfaces and the new ownership lines.
