Clear and structured
From the quotation stage onward, we provide a dimensional control plan that maps out the works step by step. This plan identifies risks and guarantees a consistent working method at either a fixed total price or on a ‘time and materials’ basis, depending on the project.
For detailed dimensional control, we always provide clear drawings, including markings on the underlying structural plans. This allows faster and more efficient work on site, both for you and your subcontractors.

We work on demand, are flexibly deployable, and communicate clearly about timing and site planning. This approach enables us to execute projects smoothly, reliably and without surprises.
Proactive
Settlement and deformation measurements help prevent damage to structures, buildings and infrastructure. We make deformations visible before, during and after the works, so intervention remains possible before problems arise.
By systematically using measurement results, contractors can make adjustments, avoid failure costs and improve construction quality.
To the highest standards
We always work in accordance with the applicable NEN, NBN, DIN or ISO standards. Our surveying setups consist exclusively of high-quality equipment such as Leica TS total stations, GPS measuring devices, optical levelling instruments and the Leica P30 3D scanner for scan-to-BIM applications.
All preparations are carried out using powerful calculation software and drawing packages such as AutoCAD, Revit, Leica software and Excel.
In addition, our quality management system – ISO 9001 certified since 1996 – guarantees understandable, repeatable and verifiable processes.
Our employees are trained according to the strictest safety standards and hold certifications, including VCA, GPI, first aid, aerial work platform, and scaffolding certificates. Braem itself is VCA* and SCL certified.
