After pile foundations have been installed, we can acoustically test the concrete piles. Together with cone penetration tests and drilling logs, this provides insight into the integrity of the pile foundation.

Acoustic testing quickly reveals whether a driven pile is broken. In cast-in-place piles, defects such as fractures, necking or cavities can be detected in the reflectogram. We also measure pile lengths so the foundation can be adjusted if necessary. Reports are provided in accordance with CUR Recommendation 109.

Driving concrete piles is often the first visible and crucial step in the construction process. The piles provide strength and load-bearing capacity for the entire structure.

We supervise the pile driving process and record the results in a report containing pile data, blow counts and any deviations. Do you need to drive piles in water? Even when no reference pegs can be set out, we position the piles accurately and ensure the correct vertical alignment.

All contractors carrying out roadworks, construction or demolition works should have a detailed condition survey drawn up before the works begin. After all, contractors need to avoid causing damage to third parties.

A condition survey, therefore, serves as important evidence for resolving future disputes or avoiding unjustified damage claims. Interim condition surveys are also useful in the event of incidents or when several contractors work consecutively on the same site. A final condition survey after completion is equally valuable for project records, even if no damage has occurred.

We also support contractors and estimation offices in preparing or verifying quantity surveys. For all items in the specifications, we can prepare quantity surveys in accordance with the architect’s standards or specifications. We provide quantities, summaries and clear reports.

Using three-dimensional measurements of targets on buildings and structures, we determine settlement and movements accurately and at regular intervals. You can also rely on us for automated measurement sessions or robotic positioning and setting out. Afterwards, you receive a clear and comprehensive report.

We survey your land and develop the survey plan into a subdivision file containing building regulations, dimensions, surface areas, easements and other important information.

In doing so, we take your wishes into account or create optimised plots ready for sale. The new property boundaries can then be set out. For larger subdivisions, we also design new roads, drainage plans and zones for water, greenery and recreation.

Private individuals sometimes also consider parcel splitting, building rights or kangaroo housing solutions. In such cases, we prepare the survey plan with dimensions, surface areas and new property boundaries.

The exact position of property boundaries can have a significant impact on building plans or property value. We map your property in detail using measurements and existing survey plans.

The necessary information is obtained from owners, the cadastre, municipalities, notaries or registration offices. Our chartered surveyors also handle the demarcation and preparation of plans that reflect the actual situation.

After marking the position of masonry on the floor, we can also install the adjustable base supports and indicate their height. This allows the mason to position the starter blocks quickly and accurately.
